For months now we have been searching all over the city of Jacksonville to find a house. And finally, I think we have found the one. This model is called the Jefferson. It's 2300 sq ft with 3 bedrooms and a bonus room. This particular house is outside of town, but we liked it so much we told the builder to build the same one in the new development. So after all the details are worked out we are hoping to close in mid July.

The builder is actually a woman. Her name is Jerri Miller. We noticed a lot of detail in her houses that the others didn't have.
We're so happy for you! It'll be fun to have this waiting for Joe when he returns from Africa. My favorite part (without seeing the inside) is that the lots are so large. That'll be great for Michael.
