Did it Again
Ok, so this is getting silly. I've been working out for about three weeks. The first time I finally decide to do an ab work out I pull it again! It's not as bad as last time but my belly is a big, lumpy swollen balloon! I don't get it. I guess now I will just have to skip over the abs when I'm working out. No problem. I hate crunches anyway!

This is too funny! Can you take a picture and post it so that we can have a visual? I can't picture this balloon belly syndrome :)
